We can also correspond with your local staff by email in English. Your English website is built in step with the Japanese version, so the two never differ in content and neither falls behind on updates.

Because we are based in Australia, our proposals reflect the local business environment and practices. Payment providers, GST (Goods and Services Tax) display, privacy law and other requirements for running a business here are all taken into account, so the system works in day-to-day operation.

Our director started a first company at 34 and has run businesses for around 20 years, including through M&A. How it works

  1. Free consultationWe hear about your current challenges and what you are looking for, online and in Japanese. If you are near Brisbane or the Gold Coast, we can also meet in person. You are welcome to get in touch even before you know exactly what you need.
  2. QuoteBased on our conversation, we set out the features, scope of work, costs and timeline, and give you a quote in Japanese. We move to the next step only once you have reviewed it and are happy with it.
  3. Design & buildWe build while you review the screens and features of your website or system. To avoid misunderstandings, we check in and discuss as often as needed, shaping the result around your requests.
  4. Launch & setupWe launch your finished website or system, taking care of everything needed to go live, such as server and domain setup. After launch, we support you until it is ready for everyday use.
  5. Maintenance & operationAfter launch, we continue to handle updates and fixes. Improvements you notice once you start using it, and new requests, are handled as needed.
